DUHAMEL ADVISES IMOCOMPARTNERS ON THE MERGER OF ITS THREE OPPCI

DUHAMEL intervened in the merger by absoportion of OPPCI ImocomInvest and ImocomInvest 2 by ImocomInvest 3. The absorbing OPPCI, from now on named ImocomPark, becomes the largest french OPPCI dedicated to investment in Retail Parks (more than 600 milion euros and 30 Retail Parks located in France).
