Real estate fund: Duhamel advises Novaxia Asset Management

Novaxia Asset Management, a management company specialized in venture capital, is pursuing its real estate transformation projects with the recent launch of Novaxia Foncier Select, the first fund at for institutional investors, in partnership with Socfim, the real-estate developers’ investment bank of the BPCE group.

Novaxia Asset Management wishes to develop its institutional clientele by providing its expertise and developing a dedicated fund, “Foncier Select”. This fund aims to achieve the size of 50 million euros and targets Greater Paris.

Novaxia Asset Management was advised by DUHAMEL law firm on financial law matters and on the structuring of the fund.
