Investment Funds: Real estate investment in Courbevoie for EQT real estate and STAM France Investment Managers

One of the major Northern-European investment fund, EQT Real Estate, continues to invest in real estate assets in France with the acquisition for EUR 51 million of 30.000 square meters of rented offices located avenue Dubonnet in Courbevoie. The operation was once again carried out through an Organisme de Placement Collectif Immobilier (OPCI).

EQT Real Estate intends to exploit the high potential of this real estate asset composed of two offices buildings and located between la Défense and Paris’s business district.

EQT Real Estate and STAM France Investment Managers were advised by DUHAMEL law firm on the structuring of the OPCI as well as on the financial law matters.

EQT Real Estate was also assisted by the law firms Ashurst (real estate and financing law) and Bonn & Schmitt. The vendors were supported by the law firms Linklaters and Debevoise & Plimpton. The banks were advised by the law firms Herbert Smith Freehills, Stibbe and Reed Smith.
